FULL DESCRIPTION

UNICA is the official civic platform for the 2026 COMITES elections in Arona: candidates, programmes, decrees and voting calendar in a single, transparent place. It includes the Plico Elettorale, the postal voting kit that brings the election into voters' homes. A concrete example of how digitization can make a public vote clearer and more traceable.
